Curltriever Curly Coated Retrievers are versatile and are able to participate in all activities that are available including showing, obedience, retrieving, tracking, agility etc.

The Curly Coated Retriever is instantly recognisable by its coat which looks like astrakhan and is a mass of close tight curls from the back of the skull to the tip of the tail.  The colour is either black or liver.  The head and front legs are free from curls and covered with short smooth hair.  The eyes are either black or brown.

Curly Coated Retrievers adapt well to most people, be it in the field with a shooter or at home with a family, as long as he is treated well he will be a loyal and devoted friend to his owner and family.
